A rare blend of local insight and hands-on experience defines Jake’s approach to the Central Coast market. Born and raised in Templeton, Jake brings an authentic perspective to every transaction that only a lifelong resident and multi-faceted agent can provide. Having watched the late eighties and early nineties transform the region into a premier agricultural and entrepreneurial hub, he developed an early appreciation for the development and opportunity found within San Luis Obispo County. Today, he leverages that history and experience to help his clients navigate everything from first time home purchases to the complexities of luxury vineyard estates.



Jake’s professional foundation is built on a unique trifecta of construction expertise, appraisal precision, and real estate sales. Before transitioning into sales in 2009, Jake spent years rooted in the construction industry and served as a licensed real estate appraiser starting in 2006. This background allows him to provide well rounded guidance that few agents can match. Having appraised thousands of properties and sold more than 250 homes, he offers sellers a realistic pricing analysis backed by two decades of valuation experience and provides buyers with a sharp eye for a property’s potential and ways to improve and retain long term value.

His commitment to excellence is reflected in his elite professional standing and community leadership. Jake holds the Graduate of Realtor Institute designation, an achievement earned by fewer than seven percent of agents nationwide. He has consistently achieved Platinum Level sales status and serves as a Local Director for the Paso Robles Association of Realtors. Whether he is negotiating a competitive multiple offer scenario or guiding a family trust through the sale of a legacy home, Jake leads with strategy, creativity, and a keen sense of purpose and determination. He isn't afraid to roll up his sleeves either to enhance a property’s appeal, partnering with trusted vendors or ensure maximum profitability for his clients.

Deeply involved in the community that shaped him, Jake finds balance in family, music, and the outdoors. He serves as Vice President of the Templeton Youth Football League and remains a dedicated supporter of local non profits like the Cancer Support Community and ECHO. On weekends, Jake enjoys life on his twenty acre property with his wife, Tiffany, and their two children, Liam and Harper. Whether he is working on his property, coaching youth sports, traveling or writing and playing music, Jake remains driven by the values of hard work and perseverance.
